1. About Us

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed via email or our official website.
• A deposit (typically 20–30% of the total tour cost) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your trip start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment at the time of reservation.
• All reservations are subject to availability.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or major credit cards (via secure payment links).
• Currency is quoted in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) as specified in your itinerary.
• Any bank or transaction fees incurred during international transfers are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost is non-refundable.
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• Minor adjustments (e.g., hotel substitutions, route modifications due to weather or road conditions) may be made by Sahara Trip Morocco to ensure safety and quality.
• Significant changes requested by the client may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to force majeure (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

6. Responsibilities

• Providing the services described in your confirmed itinerary (transport, guides, accommodations, included meals, and activities).
• Ensuring vehicles are safe, insured, and driven by licensed professionals.
• Employing qualified, multilingual guides fluent in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and/or Berber.

• Holding a valid passport and obtaining necessary visas.
• Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
• Adhering to local laws, customs, and guide instructions.
• Personal expenses, tips, entrance fees (unless specified as included), and optional activities.

7. Liability

• Sahara Trip Morocco acts as a travel facilitator and assumes liability only for services directly provided by us.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels not booked by us, or acts of nature).
• Participation in adventure activities (e.g., camel trekking, quad biking, hiking) is at your own risk. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
